Within the central Lake feature, Barney Farms will include a 15-acre central park adjacent to the lake wich include there are 3 floating docks located around the central lake, for the residents to use.
This will allow fishing as an optional activity, as well as many other water activities like kayaking, canoeing, and paddleboarding.
The lake will count with an aquatic biologist, that is going to be in charge of balance the natural habitat of the lake and work to get proper species of fish.
